FACT - A quality end product is a combination of good (project) management and safety awareness

QUALITY CONTROL PROCEDURE

• Our quality control system consists of a set of documents which is unique for each and every job and/or project undertaken.
  
• This set of documents is designed to suit each individual project
  • It details each action and step, which is relevant to the project.
  • It is controlled by ourselves, together with the client and which authorises ourselves to proceed with various portions or sections of the work.
  
  
• The work/project will be deemed complete by the joint signing of the relevant 'Take Over' document.

INSTRUCTION and TRAINING

• Effective communication channels bring about a quality end product. This is achieved by relevant, documented training procedures and instruction.
  
• Not withstanding tertiary education, in house training and instruction is further provided to hone skills required for specific projects.

SAFETY

• Safety is very much an integral part of the successful completion of any quality product.
  
• It is our main aim to assist in creating safety awareness among all our staff, including sub-contractors, by the regular holding of safety meetings and (informed) discussions, thus minimising risk of injury.
  
• A safe way of looking at things is a quality way of looking at things.
